The job profiles and skill sets required are as under.
 

Profile: Sales Managers sell Wings Solutions to corporates. The Solutions are in Accounting, Sales & Distribution, SCM, Retail and ERP. The work involves selling the concept to the prospective client, demonstrating the software, negotiating and closing orders. Sales Managers may be asked to lead a team of Executives.

Skills: A Commerce Graduate with, preferably, a Management Degree. Prior sales experience essential. Preferred (not essential): prior management experience, selling to companies, selling of business software.

Sales Executives (at Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Vijayawada)

Profile: Sales Executives sell the above Wings Solutions to corporate, typically with a Sales Manager . In some cities/circumstances, the Executive may be leading the role individually.

Skills: A Commerce Graduate with, preferably, a Management Degree. Freshers are considered. However, prior sales experience is preferred.

Profile: Product Managers manage the conceptualization, designing and development of various shrink-wrapped software products, working with a team of Business Analysts. They are expected to nurture individual products and bring out the best of the applications. The products are in the areas of: Retail, SCM, Sales & Distribution, Payroll & HR, etc.

Skills: A Commerce Graduate with, preferably, a Management Degree. Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Software Implementer essential. Preferred (not essential): prior product management, domain expertise in retail, SCM. Knowledge of programming not required.

Business Analyst (Hyderabad)

Profile: Business Analysts work with Product Managers in the conceptualization, designing and development of various shrink-wrapped software products. They are expected to nurture individual products and bring out the best of the applications. The products are in the areas of: Retail, SCM, Sales & Distribution, Payroll & HR, etc.

Skills: A Commerce Graduate with, preferably, a Management Degree. Aptitude to understanding of business processes, and experience in working on accounting and/or ERP software essential. Preferred (not essential): prior business analyst experience, domain expertise in retail, SCM. Knowledge of programming not required.

Support Executive (Hyderabad)

Profile: Support Executives help clients implement the software products sold by the company and give customer support to have happy customers.

Skills: A Commerce Graduate with, preferably, a Management Degree. Aptitude to working on customer satisfaction, prior experience in working on accounting and/or ERP software essential.
